Workshop Overview:
This workshop will teach participants how to effectively use presets in Adobe Lightroom to streamline their editing process and maintain a consistent look across their photos. From exploring built-in presets to creating custom ones, this session allows participants to apply and manage presets while learning techniques that can significantly enhance their post-processing efficiency.

Workshop Agenda:

Introduction to Presets (15 minutes)

• Overview of Lightroom presets: What they are and why they matter.
• Understanding the benefits: Speed, consistency, and creative flexibility.
• Examples of presets in action (portrait, landscape, etc.).

Exploring Built-in Lightroom Presets (20 minutes)

• Navigating the Preset panel in the Develop Module.
• Applying built-in presets and adjusting their intensity.
• Viewing before/after comparisons to see the impact of different presets.

Customizing & Creating Your Own Presets (25 minutes)

• Walkthrough: Editing an image and saving custom adjustments as a preset.
• Choosing which settings to include (tone, color, etc.).
• Naming and organizing your presets for future use.

Managing & Organizing Presets (15 minutes)

• Importing third-party presets into Lightroom.
• Organizing presets into folders for better workflow management.
• Exporting your custom presets to share with others.

Advanced Preset Techniques (15 minutes)

• Using filters and brushes with presets (graduated filter, radial filter, etc.).
• Modifying presets to fit different lighting conditions and styles.
• Stacking presets for creative control and layered effects.
