"I shot with Alastair on his photography workshop a few weeks ago and what a fun day it was! He is a very relaxed and polite guy who has a vast knowledge of lighting and techniques, setting up the scenes beautifully whilst handling his camera wonderfully, during tutor sessions that were amazingly lead! I can't recommend Alastair enough, he's a fantastic photographer who really knows his stuff and is a joy to work with Smile" Emily Hamilton
“Had a great day yesterday at Batsford Arboretum with Alastair Currill on the course on how to improve your camera skills. I feel it was a well-run course and Alastair spent time making sure we knew how to get more out of the camera manual mode. There was an explanation, demonstration and then time to practice. Also he was happy to help out if we got stuck or need more advice. I got some fantastic shots and certainly feel I have a much better understanding of the sort of images I can achieve with my camera. I would recommend this course to anyone who has recently bought their first dslr or to people who want to improve their photography skills. Thanks again for a great day and I look forward to attending future courses” Andrew Davis
“Thank you for Saturday, I had a fantastic day, looking forward to the next course and taking more pictures with my camera” Anna Wickens

"Wonderful day at Batsford yesterday on the Introduction to Photography course. Your teaching was excellent - very clear and concise, and always willing to go over a point until we understood it. We were very lucky to have so much one-to-one time with you and I feel I have definitely come away knowing how my camera works. Now I have to put all that teaching to practical use - as practice makes perfect. Thank you very much for a lovely day. Would highly recommend Alastair to anybody wishing to learn the basics of SLR photography." Debbie Manley
